One small bedroom where there will be no bed as it is our children's room that we will empty of furniture before a longer subletting. However, we have an extra bed in the basement that can be used well, as well as an inflatable mattress, so there would be sleeping space for a total of five people.

Note- It is important that those we rent to are caring! We plan to move abroad on 9 August and will rent out our apartment second hand from 25 August, and it is therefore very important to us that you who rent are orderly and leave the apartment in good condition after you.

As we will later rent out the apartment, I will hire moving cleaning, and cleaning is thus included in the price when I rent out for Way out West. However, you obviously need to pick up after you, rubbish and the like, but you do not need to do just cleaning. The apartment will be furnished but emptied of things.
